Description

The PtElevateFromText command allows the user take drawings which have been annotated using basic Text and/or Mtext objects and modify the Elevation of selected Point/Text(MText) pairs.

After starting the PtElevateFromText command, you will be asked to select a CogoPoint, followed by selection a Text or Mtext object which has the deired eleavtion in the TextString of the object. The text used may consist of letters and digits, but only the number characters will be recognized. For example, "123.45", "TC-123.45", "TC=123.45", & "123.45 FL", would all be valid to use.
