Description

The Perp2dToggle command switches between the default Perpendicular ObjectSnap behaviour of 3d snapping and a planar 2d snap.

Usage

This toggle may be done by this command, or you may use the new Perp3d/2d icon in the status tray (lower right corner of the AutoCAD display). No other ObjectSnaps are affected by this setting. The setting is saved between drawings and sessions.
