Description
The DLRefreshAll command refreshes all dynamic links in the drawing.
Usage
Type DLRefreshAll at the command line.
This command is available to force a refresh of all Dynamic Links in the drawing, should any linked items appear out-of-date. It can also be used to trigger an update of all Dynamic Links in the drawing when Dynamic links are disabled using the DLEnabled command, although the DLRefresh or DLRefreshItems commands often work better in that situation, since this command forces an update of all links. In drawings that contain thousands of Dynamic Links, it may take a while to refresh all links.
This option will also force a refresh of any Cogo Point User Defined Properties that are configured to hold coordinates in alternate coordinate systems.

Refreshes all Dynamic Links in the drawing that are known to be out-of-date.
Refreshes all Dynamic Links attached to selected objects.
